Simply enter your Tracking ID (e.g., EZ-12345) into the search bar on our homepage. You will see real-time updates regarding your parcel's location and status.

What is "Proof of Delivery"?

For security, our couriers capture a photo of the package at the drop-off location upon delivery. This photo is stored in our system as visual confirmation that your package arrived safely.

Do I need an account to track my parcel?

No! You can track any parcel as a guest just by using the Tracking Number. However, creating an account allows you to save parcels to your dashboard for easier access later.

What do I get when I sign up for an account?

Signing up gives you a personal dashboard where you can "Save" multiple tracking numbers to view them all in one place. You also get access to features like viewing global announcements and managing your profile.
